Greenfield is seeking an HR Generalist – People & Culture to provide advisory support across the entire employee lifecycle. Working closely with the People & Culture team and the organization’s Centers of Excellence, the incumbent implements consistent, compliant, and people-centered solutions that foster employee engagement, talent development, and a positive employee experience, while supporting the organization’s operational needs.
