About the role

We are seeking aPeople + CultureGeneralistatHotel BardoSavannah,who willbe responsible forsupportingvarious HR functions and initiatives within the resort. This candidate will work withinthe People and Culture team to ensure smooth operations andassistin implementing policies and procedures effectively.

What you'll do

• Coordinate New Team Member orientation and onboarding items, including paperwork completion and introduction to Hotel Bardo brand and company standards.

• Maintainaccurateand up-to-date team member records, including personal information, employmentrecordsandany performanceevaluations.

• Handle inquiries from Team MembersregardingPeople and Culture matters and provide necessaryassistanceand guidance.

• Payrolladministrationwhich includes theprocessing ofbi-weekly payrollalong with payroll data entry and verification of timesheets.

• Supportthe administration of Team Member benefits programs

• Assist Team Members with benefits-related inquiries and ensuretimelyresolution of issues

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Assistin the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tomaintaincompliance and mitigate risks

• Act as theinitialpoint of contact for Team Membersregardinggrievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for Team Members onvarious topics

• Track Team Member training and development activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 2 years previousexperience in HR or administrativerole
• At least 2 years previous experience in Hospitality.

• Rippling experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiencyin MS Office suite and ADP preferred.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
