Homelessness is the largest social and public health crisis in California. Illumination Foundation (IF) is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children's and family programs. IF currently has 13+ facilities with 22+ micro-communities scattered across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recordkeeping, training coordination, and HRIS administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all routine People & Culture functions.
This position serves as a key support role to the People & Culture team by maintaining employee records, supporting compliance efforts, and assisting with employee lifecycle processes while delivering a high level of service to internal stakeholders.
The pay rate for this role is: $25-$32 per hour. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Illumination Health + Home is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides targeted, interdisciplinary services for the most vulnerable homeless adults and children to disrupt the cycle of homelessness. The organization provides a full continuum of care from street to home, including case management, medical coordination, behavioral health and substance use counseling, and housing navigation to our vulnerable clients in shelters/navigation centers, family emergency homes, recuperative care/medical respite facilities, and permanent supportive housing.
