About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the People & Culture Department, the People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the People & Culture Division. The position is primarily responsible for coordinating administrative functions, maintaining accurate colleague records, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Through these responsibilities, the Coordinator helps uphold and promote the culture, values, and vision of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG). The role reports directly to the Director of People & Culture.
