Rapha launched in 2004 to redefine cycling apparel. Today progressive design and storytelling has built a global movement.
We love cycling in all its forms, from the city streets to the highest peaks. And we know its power to transform lives. Led by innovation, we embody this love through a dedication to the world's greatest sport, by setting a new standard in design and pushing the cutting edge of performance and human craft.
People & Culture Coordinator
At Rapha, our staff are a group of likeminded people who share a passion for cycling. We're proud of the culture we've created, and as the company grows, maintaining our values and finding the right people to uphold them are essential to the continued success of the business.
The People & Culture Coordinator will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and on-boarding through to internal communications, employee relations, learning & development and staff benefits. Reporting into the Senior People & Culture Manager, you'll take ownership of core P&C processes and systems, acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees across the business, while ensuring consistent and accurate application of HR policy and process.
Culture is also at the heart of this role. Beyond day-to-day HR administration, you'll help bring our staff culture to life - coordinating internal activations, rides and events that keep the office connected to the sport and brand we all love. Whether that's organising our Getting Started in Cycling programme, our company bike rides or an office competition around a Monument or Grand Tour, you'll be someone who enjoys building team spirit as much as you enjoy getting the process right.
THE ROLE
Manage new starter and leaver administration, ensuring on-boarding and off-boarding processes run smoothly and on time
Own key employee lifecycle events such as inductions and exit interviews
Recruitment support - posting jobs on TeamTailor and LinkedIn, liaising with hiring managers, screening and interview assistance, and generally maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout
Coordinate the staff benefits programme, acting as first point of contact for employee queries
Maintain and administer HR systems (specifically Teamtailor & HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting needs
Support on employee relations matters, including note-taking, documentation and follow-up actions
Draft references, contracts, letters and other employee documentation
Provide first-line guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures, including holidays, sickness absence and benefits
Support the monthly payroll run, acting as backup to the payroll administrator
Own internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Plan and coordinate internal cultural activations – company rides, racing activations and social events that connect the team to the sport
Lead the Rapha Getting Started in cycling programme for new staff joiners, organising logistics and volunteers internally, and encouraging staff participation
Provide broader administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed

Founded by Simon Mottram in London in 2004, Rapha makes the world’s finest cycling clothing. For 15 years, our products have redefined comfort, performance, and style for cyclists from absolute beginners through to WorldTour professionals.
Born from a love of the sport, Rapha regularly organises and sponsors unique rides and events. The Rapha Cycling Club was founded in 2015 to bring cyclists together, and today there are already more than 17,000 members worldwide. Our 21 Clubhouses across Europe, North America and Asia have become hubs for RCC members and local cyclists, offering a café space and stocking the latest products.
Rapha is proud to have worked with the sport's best athletes from its earliest days. First, as title sponsor to the British UCI Continental team Rapha-Condor from 2005 to 2012, then as clothing supplier to Team Sky from 2012 to 2016. We continue to work at the top tiers of professional cycling with the women’s UCI WorldTour team CANYON//SRAM since 2016, and, after publishing a two-year study on the state of the sport titled the Rapha Roadmap, we have returned to the men’s WorldTour with EF Education First Pro Cycling from 2019.
