We’re on the lookout for an early-career P&C professional who’s ready to step into a hands-on role with real ownership and exposure across the business.

You’ll be part of a high performing, supportive and collaborative team where there’s plenty of opportunity to step beyond your core remit and build experience across different areas of P&C.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

You’ll play a key role supporting the full employee lifecycle, working closely with Payroll, Finance, and People Leaders, day to day across the business to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing onboarding and employment changes end-to-end
  • Preparing contracts and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Keeping our HR systems (Workday) up to date and running cleanly
  • Supporting reporting and data insights for the business
  • Being the first point of contact for P&C queries across the organisation

In addition, you’ll also provide light-touch executive support to a small number of our ELT - things like travel coordination, expenses, and general admin support. It’s a great opportunity to build exposure and relationships across the business.

What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?

You’re someone who is early in your HR career and ready to step into a broader, hands-on P&C role. Bonus points if you have experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership
  • A continuous improvement mindset — always thinking about how things could be done better
  • Confidence working with systems and data, with strong Excel capability
  • A genuine interest in People & Culture and building a long-term career in the space
