People & Culture Coordinator

We are Sosandar. Based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, we’re one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish customers; worn by celebs and influencers galore. We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as People & Culture Coordinator!

What you'll be doing:

People (HR) Coordination

Working closely with our small People team, you’ll play a key role in the employee lifecycle:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance
• Prepare letters and documentation
• Support exciting people projects and initiatives
• Assist with recruitment - posting roles, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews
• Track and support probation reviews
• Monitor absence management and ensure processes are followed
• Produce reports on training, compliance, and HR metrics
• Coordinate international employee travel (visas, insurance, risk assessments)
• Organise and plan meaningful work experience placements

Office & Store Coordination

You’ll be in charge of creating a workplace our staff love! You'll take ownership of our head office and retail store coordination, making sure everything runs smoothly and feels welcoming for our lovely employees and customers:

• Keep our offices organised, positive, and enjoyable places to work
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and refreshments are always fully stocked
• Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
• Support health & safety processes, including weekly checks, risk assessments, training, first aid renewals, and fire drills.
• Plan and deliver social events, celebrations, and team activities
• Drive charity initiatives and encourage team involvement in local causes
• Donation of clothing samples to our charity partners
• Support IT setup, ordering equipment, setting up new starters, and coordinating testing
• Provide ad-hoc PA support where needed

About You

You’re someone who brings energy, organisation, and a genuine passion for people:

• Hands-on and proactive, you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up
• Warm, approachable, and confident building relationships across the business
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Interested in building a career in HR - a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not necessary
