As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and help attract great talent across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources within a growing national organization.
Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the People & Culture Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Tribe's talent acquisition efforts during a period of growth.
This position is heavily focused on recruitment and will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, preparing offer documentation, and assisting with onboarding activities. The role will also provide administrative support to the broader People & Culture team and contribute to various employee experience initiatives.
This is a three-month contract opportunity created to support our continued growth and recruitment needs. Extension beyond the initial contract term may be considered based on business requirements.

The successful candidate will be expected to work from the office regularly to support recruitment activities, onboarding, collaboration with hiring managers, and employee engagement initiatives. Flexibility for hybrid work may be available based on operational requirements.
