Job Description

In this parental cover People & Business Partner role, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will be part of a global logistics and supply chain footprint and provide direct P&C support to all Danish leaders.

The team you will be part of:

You will be part of a team of four P&C Business Partners, supporting the Global P&C Business Partners and the business. The team is professional, service-minded and improvement-focused, with a constructive approach and a culture of speaking up when there are opportunities to improve the way things are done.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Act as a sparring partner for leaders and provide support on various topics and processes for Danish leaders and global leaders with Danish employees.

  • Be part of secure annual global P&C processes in designated business areas, e.g. performance review, merit and bonus process, engagement survey etc in Denmark.

  • Manage case management in Denmark – handling the full spectrum from grievances, conflicts and sensitive employee relations matters to formal sickness cases, written warnings and terminations, ensuring that all processes are fair, compliant and carried out with professionalism, discretion and a focus on constructive solutions for both employees and leaders.

  • Work with people analytics and provide guidance and governance on job levels and salary benchmarks in Denmark.

  • Handle processes in our HCM system Workday and other operational tasks – acting as the final approver for all data changes related to Operations in Denmark.

  • Take part in people business initiatives, such as organizational changes, change management and other initiatives in close collaboration with the Global P&C Business Partners for Operation

  • Coordinate activities and leverage our HR model together with other P&C BP´s, Global P&C Partners, Centres of Excellence, HR Operations and Talent Attraction.

To perform well in the role, you are likely to:

  • Have some years of HR experience and a degree in a relevant field

  • Thrive in an international environment and demonstrate solid business understanding

  • Feel comfortable working with data, HR systems and Excel, and using these to support decisions

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both Danish and English, both in writing and verbally

  • Have direct experience with case management in Denmark, including understanding of local legislation and agreements
