The Role

This is a true partnering role within the People Business Partnering & Operations function, designed for someone who thrives on influence and strategic impact rather than day-to-day HR delivery.

Working closely with senior leaders across our Operational functions, you will act as a trusted partner, providing the insight, constructive challenge, and organisational thinking needed to shape workforce decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening leadership capability, supporting organisation design, managing talent and succession, and guiding leaders through change. By collaborating closely with specialist colleagues across People Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent, you will ensure our overall people strategy translates into practical, measurable business outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Strategic Leadership Partnering: Enable senior leaders to make confident, commercially sound workforce decisions through strategic challenge, insight, and alignment with business priorities.
• Organisational & Team Effectiveness: Partner with leaders on organisation design, role clarity, and capability mapping to build high-performing teams.
• Leadership Capability: Strengthen leadership effectiveness through feedback, coaching, and constructive challenge, empowering leaders to build accountable and engaged teams.
• Talent, Succession & Career Pathways: Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent, map future capability and succession needs, and mitigate succession risks while supporting career pathways that strengthen internal mobility and retention.
• Engagement & Colleague Experience: Use workforce and engagement analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and execute targeted action plans that deliver measurable improvements in colleague engagement, retention and experience.
• Change Navigation: Guide leaders through organisational change, managing risk, assessing impacts, and maintaining engagement and high performance throughout periods of change.
• Joined-up People Solutions: Partner seamlessly with Learning & Development, Talent, and People Operations to build joined-up solutions that support operational priorities and ensure a consistent colleague experience.
• Continuous Improvement & Tech Innovation: Champion simplified ways of working and leverage HR technology, automation, and AI to improve productivity, insight generation, and colleague experience.
• Cultural Embedding: Partner with leaders to bring Movera’s values and cultural ambitions to life into clear leadership behaviours, expectations, and operational ways of working.

Experience You’ll Draw On

• Strategic Business Partnering: Proven experience operating as a People Business Partner within complex, fast-paced, or operationally demanding environments.
• Org Design & Change: Practical experience supporting organisation design, team effectiveness, and embedded change initiatives.
• Leadership & Talent Strategy: Track record in strengthening leadership capability, talent mapping, and succession planning.
• Data & HR Systems: Confidence leveraging HRIS, workforce analytics, and engagement insights to shape business decisions.
• CoE Partnership: Experience collaborating closely with L&D, Talent, and People Ops functions to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Bonus / Beneficial Experience: Exposure to HRIS/tech implementations, AI tools in HR, reward principles/cycles, or career pathway/talent architecture frameworks.
