We are looking for a practical, people focused People & Culture Partner to join Zafron Foods, part of Solina, at our growing manufacturing site in Mitcham.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our managers and Site Leadership Team, you will provide hands on HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment, manager development, employee relations and engagement.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with strong generalist HR experience, good knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to coach and appropriately challenge managers. Experience within a manufacturing environment would be a real advantage.

  • Strong generalist HR experience in a business partnering or senior advisory role, including end-to-end employee relations case management.
  • A sound working knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS guidance and fair, consistent HR practice, including updating and implementing policies and processes.
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers, building trusted relationships and providing constructive challenge.
  • Experience identifying learning needs and coordinating and delivering people or management training, with effective record keeping and follow-through.
  • The ability to use people data and insight to identify trends, explain risks and turn findings into practical action.
  • Strong organisation, judgement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience.
