Job Description

Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region – including HTH, uno form, and Invita.

We are now expanding our People & Culture team and are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support our stores across Zealand. You will become a key partner to our Store Managers and retail leaders, helping them navigate people matters and supporting them in building strong, engaged and high-performing teams.

Scope of the role

This is a hands-on Business Partner role where you will be close to the business and visible in our stores. You will have a portfolio of stores and work directly with Store Managers and leaders, providing professional advice, challenging where needed, and helping turn people challenges into practical solutions.

Your work will include the full employee lifecycle – from everyday employee matters and employment law to performance management, leadership development and organisational development. You will need to be comfortable switching between operational cases and more long-term people priorities.

You will also work closely with colleagues across People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other specialist areas, to ensure a strong and consistent experience for our leaders and employees.

You will be based at our flagship store in Glostrup, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to our other stores across Zealand and sometimes our headquarters in Tilst.

Your key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted People & Culture advisor and sparring partner to Store Managers and retail leaders
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, employment law, performance, absence and other complex people matters
  • Support leaders in handling difficult conversations and sensitive employee situations
  • Drive and support initiatives within leadership development, engagement, talent and succession
  • Identify people-related risks and opportunities and proactively challenge the business where relevant
  • Use People & Culture data and insights to support better people decisions
  • Contribute to developing and improving People & Culture processes and ways of working across the retail organisation

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who combines strong professional expertise with sound business judgement and the confidence to work independently with leaders.

You:

  • Have solid experience as a People & Culture / HR Business Partner
  • Build strong relationships while maintaining the ability to challenge when necessary
  • Have strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations and are comfortable handling complex employee matters
  • Are experienced in advising and challenging leaders at different levels
  • Understand how people priorities connect to business performance
  • Are comfortable working both operationally and strategically
  • Take ownership, work independently and know when to involve others
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented and curious about the business
  • Enjoy being close to the business and are comfortable travelling between stores
  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Have a relevant degree or educational background, e.g. Human Resources, Business Economics or similar

What We Offer

Nobia is on an exciting growth journey, and this role is no exception. As our organisation continues to evolve, new opportunities, projects and responsibilities will emerge. We believe in giving people the freedom to create impact while providing the support, collaboration and development opportunities needed to succeed. We offer a Business Partnering role with real impact on our stores and the wider business. You will have the opportunity to shape your role, bring your experience into play and help develop how People & Culture partners with our retail business.

We offer hybrid working with flexibility in your everyday work. At our office, we offer a great lunch arrangement.
