This opportunity is for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our wider People & Culture team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational people advice that supports the achievement of business objectives. You will work across a broad range of people initiatives, including workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, change management, leadership coaching, talent development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will build leadership capability, guide complex people matters, and support the delivery of people strategies that enable business performance and growth. Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence and the broader People & Culture team, you will identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and contribute to key organisational projects and transformation initiatives.

Ko wai koe | About you
You are an experienced People & Culture professional with a strong generalist background and proven success partnering with leaders in a complex organisational environment. You bring sound knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and practical experience managing employee relations matters, organisational change, and leadership coaching. Knowledge of Australian employment legislation would be advantageous.
You are commercially minded and capable of balancing people outcomes with business priorities. You build trusted relationships quickly, influence confidently at all levels, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex people challenges. Practical, solutions-focused, and resilient, you enjoy working in partnership with leaders to achieve positive outcomes.
Most importantly, you are passionate about people and culture, committed to delivering exceptional service, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation. You are collaborative in your approach, actively contribute to team success, and enjoy supporting a positive and inclusive culture.
