Working across a diverse portfolio, you provide trusted advice and pragmatic solutions on workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, performance, and change. You play an influential role in helping leaders build high-performing teams while creating an inclusive environment where people can thrive. Joining a collaborative People & Culture team, you contribute to strategic initiatives, use data-driven insights to guide decisions, and help bring AIA's purpose of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives to life.
Your Impact
Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver people plans that align workforce priorities with organisational goals
Coach and influence leaders to build capability, strengthen performance, and create positive team experiences
Lead and support change initiatives that enable successful adoption, minimise disruption, and improve business outcomes
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance matters, policies, and employment legislation to support confident decision-making
Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement outcomes
Champion initiatives that embed inclusion, wellbeing, and organisational values while strengthening culture across the business
Your Capabilities
You have experience partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance, talent development, and organisational effectiveness
You bring strong generalist People & Culture expertise across areas such as employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change management
You have the ability to build trusted relationships, communicate with influence, and navigate complex people matters with sound judgement and empathy
You bring knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and an approach that balances business needs, compliance, and positive people outcomes
You may also have experience using people analytics, engagement data, or workforce insights to guide decisions and drive improvement opportunities
It is great if you have exposure to organisational design, succession planning, engagement frameworks, or leading People & Culture projects across diverse stakeholder groups
