The Role At A Glance

We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor to become the go-to advisory presence for our team of 100+ employees across Canada and the U.S. As our P&C function evolves, we are dedicating this role fully to the human side of the business: employee relations, manager guidance, and the conversations that shape how people experience Dulcedo.

You will work closely with our People & Culture Manager and be a visible, in-person resource for employees and leaders alike. This is a role for someone who reads a room well, handles sensitive matters with a refined sense of discretion, and gives managers advice they can act on the same day. You will lead key moments in the employee lifecycle, from performance cycles to difficult conversations to exits, while helping us sharpen the policies and practices behind them.
