People & Culture Advisor

Are you passionate about people and organisational culture? We are looking for a proactive and highly organised People & Culture Advisor to join our Amsterdam team, supporting the delivery of a high-performance, high-support people service across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with the EMEA People & Culture team, Centres of Excellence including Talent & Reward, Learning & Development, Systems & Data, Global Mobility, and Responsible Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and operational support to stakeholders including Partners and managers, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle (payroll, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, parental leave, and more).
  • Advise stakeholders, share feedback, identify service issues, and support the implementation of enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the P&C Assistant to ensure timely and accurate transactional and administrative processes.
  • Support the P&C Manager with cyclical activities such as engagement surveys, talent and salary reviews, and budget management.
  • Ensure policies and processes are up to date.
  • Confidently deliver and participate in (international) projects, proactively raising ideas and driving improvements.
  • Stay abreast of employment law trends, sharing knowledge with the wider team.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Strong intellectual and emotional intelligence, with excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Tech savvy, with proficiency in systems such as ADP, Workday, Microsoft Office, and more.
  • Highly proactive, organised, and efficient, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.
