Jouw rol
Als P&C Administratief Medewerker ben je onderdeel van het People & Culture-team van IKEA Delft. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles rondom de employee journey – van instroom tot uitstroom – soepel verloopt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige administratie en servicegerichte instelling kunnen collega's en managers rekenen op de juiste ondersteuning.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over personeelszaken en zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen correct, efficiënt en volgens de geldende richtlijnen worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over hoe processen slimmer en eenvoudiger kunnen.
