The People Coordinator provides vital support to the People team, helping to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly. Focussing on maintaining accurate employee records, supporting with onboarding and off-boarding administration, and ensuring documents and systems are kept up to date, the People Administrator is often the first point of contact for routine queries, signposting employees to the right information or escalating where needed. By assisting the People Business Partners, the role helps deliver an efficient and organised service, contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with Opencast's quality, environmental, and information security policies and procedures, as well as applicable customer policies, standards, and procedures while working on client.
To succeed as a People Coordinator, you will need to demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced complex environment with an in-depth knowledge of.
In addition to People Coordination skills we must ensure that work is carried out in accordance with Opencast's quality, environmental, and information security policies and procedures, as well as applicable customer policies, standards, and procedures while working on client.
In the interview, we’ll ask you questions that demonstrates your core essential skills and technical experience. We’ll also ask you questions based around these topics.
£28,000 - £34,000

This role requires regular on-site attendance at our HQ, hub offices, and client sites, as well as the ability to work from home. Applicants must be able to travel to offices and client sites across the UK as part of their normal working arrangements, as travel is essential for fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.
