Our Company Promise
We are committed to provide our Employees a stable work environment with equal opportunity for learning and personal growth. Creativity and innovation are encouraged for improving the effectiveness of Southwest Airlines. Above all, Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Southwest Customer.
As a People Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving high‑impact initiatives across the People (HR) organization—bringing both strategy and execution together to move priorities forward. You’ll partner closely with Leaders and stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver a wide range of projects, from targeted process improvements to complex, multi‑faceted initiatives. With a strong project management mindset, you’ll balance multiple priorities, establish clear governance, and ensure work stays aligned to business goals and timelines.
This role goes beyond coordination—you’ll think ahead to outcomes, define success metrics early, and use data to tell clear, compelling stories that guide decision‑making. By developing communications, preparing Leadership materials, and translating complex work into simple, meaningful updates, you’ll help create alignment and momentum across Teams. Through a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, you’ll help shape programs that improve how Southwest supports its Employees while building a strong, consistent experience across the organization.
