We are now looking for an experienced People & Capability Specialist – Employee & Workplace Relations to support our operations across the Nordic region. This is a hands-on, operational role where you'll partner closely with leaders, employees, unions and key stakeholders to provide trusted advice and guidance on a broad range of employee and workplace relations matters.
As a key member of the People & Capability team, you will partner with leaders across Sweden, Norway and Finland to ensure people matters are managed fairly, consistently and in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, workplace investigations, performance management, organisational change and union consultations while collaborating closely with regional and global People & Capability teams.
You'll be actively involved in workplace conversations, coaching leaders, working through complex cases and supporting business outcomes through strong people practices.
You're an experienced Employee & Workplace Relations professional who thrives on solving complex people challenges. You bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to navigate sensitive workplace matters with fairness and professionalism.
You have experience working in unionised environments and are comfortable partnering with unions, employee representatives and business leaders to find practical, balanced outcomes. You understand the importance of building trust, creating strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring people matters are handled consistently and effectively.
Whether you're supporting a workplace investigation, guiding a consultation process or coaching a leader through a difficult conversation, you're able to remain pragmatic, solution-focused and calm under pressure.
