Join us as a People Business Partner & Recruitment Lead and help shape the future of our organisation!

We are looking for a People Business Partner & Recruitment Lead to support the business in driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and talent acquisition excellence.
This role combines strategic PEOPLE partnering with end-to-end ownership of recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and effective hiring process.
The role works closely with senior stakeholders, People teams, and hiring managers, contributing to business performance through people decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, and people-related decision making

  • Support leaders in managing employee lifecycle topics (onboarding, development, engagement, exits) in line with company values and policies

  • Drive and support change initiatives, ensuring people impacts are well managed and communicated

  • Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Ensure alignment with labour regulations, internal policies, and People governance

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, priorities, timelines, and selection criteria

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and role definition, to offer and onboarding

  • Ensure adherence to approved hiring plans, budgets, and agreed recruitment processes

  • Monitor recruitment capacity, pipelines, and KPIs, providing clear updates and insights to stakeholders

Education & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience, preferably within international or multicultural organisations

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and recruitment/talent acquisition roles

  • Solid knowledge of core HR processes, labour regulations, and end-to-end recruitment practices

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Data-driven mindset, with confidence using HR systems and reporting tools (e.g. Workday or similar)

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
