You want to make your mark, influence business outcomes, and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing organisation.

Well, if you’re interested in our People Business Partner role, this might be your next step!

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now Let’s Get Down to Business

We are in the process of transforming our HR organisation to better meet the needs of our business. As part of this journey, we are strengthening our focus on strategic partnership with our commercial teams while continuing to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy for your market. Working closely with business leaders, the People Director, People Partners, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services teams, you will translate business priorities into effective people solutions that support growth, engagement and organisational success.

This role offers a blend of strategic partnership and hands-on delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders while remaining close to the day-to-day realities of the business.

If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Partner with commercial and functional leaders to develop and execute local people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, organisational development, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide proactive guidance on people decisions, identifying opportunities and risks before they arise.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence on talent acquisition, succession planning, development programmes and other talent initiatives.
  • Analyse people data and trends to inform business decisions and recommend practical solutions.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives across commercial teams and functions.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through programmes focused on wellbeing, inclusion, development and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations and internal policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key HR contact within the business, participating in important leadership discussions and decision-making forums.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share best practice across markets and teams.
