As a People Business Partner, you will support and execute core HR programs and day-to-day people priorities for a defined business group. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will drive the people agenda across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring high standards of service, confidentiality, and compliance.
This role supports the India GCC (100–200 employees across IT, Finance, HR, and Support functions) and operates within a global reporting structure. Compared to typical GCC roles, this position offers broader scope (less siloed, more ownership), the opportunity to shape processes and deliver tangible impact, and high visibility with global stakeholders.
Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office (Mon–Wed), plus one additional flexible day.
