About the Role - Fixed-term parental Leave replacement ( November 2026 to August 2027 ) with a possibility of extension

This role's primary purpose is to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment, onboarding, and cross-boarding experience. Additionally, it ensures precise support for employment compliance and administration, thereby fostering a well-organised and compliant HR environment.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the People and Culture, Payroll, and Operations teams, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach to core HR data management.
  • Prepare detailed and compliant letters of offer and contracts in alignment with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Oversee the coordination and timely follow-up of new starter documentation, including the completion of all mandatory background checks.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of personnel records, guaranteeing adherence to core HR requirements and best practices.
  • Address general employment enquiries related to conditions and entitlements with precision and escalate issues as necessary, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Managers and Business Partners to ensure seamless HR operations and support.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Manager - People Support and the broader Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise, actively contributing to projects aimed at enhancing the recruitment process and overall employee lifecycle experience
