Service New Brunswick is seeking a dynamic student to join our People & Culture team As a member of the team, you will be exposed to a full range of HR services including organizational culture, HR analytics, employee relations, recruitment and more. What will you be doing?
As a member of the People and Culture team you will take on a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Sitting in on meetings related to employee relations and employee experience files to gain exposure to real HR casework and decision‑making.
What do you need to be successful?
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a business program; a focus on HR coursework may be considered an asset.
Written and spoken competence in English is required.
Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. Please state your language capability on your application and ensure that preferred language for assessment is clearly identified.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Coursework in Human Resources
Strong knowledge in Excel
Experience working with Microsoft Forms
Experience working with Canva
Client Service & Results Orientation
Integrity and Self- Awareness
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: The successful candidate will possess the following behavioral competencies:

Salary: $15.90- $19.18 per hour
