Job Description

• Oversee the full employee journey, from hiring and onboarding through performance management, employee engagement, and separation processes.

• Provide practical HR guidance to clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, employment legislation, and industry best practices.

• Address employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and a balanced approach to problem-solving.

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment initiatives and workforce planning activities.

• Ensure employee files, HR records, and documentation are accurate, organised, and compliant with company standards.

• Contribute to the enhancement of HR operations by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Executive, HR Officer, or comparable human resources position.

• Sound understanding of Egyptian and/or Saudi employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.

• Professional HR qualifications (such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) are considered an added advantage.
