At OC, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a People & Culture Officer to join our team on a 12-month contract and play a key role in delivering outstanding employee experiences across the business.
You'll support the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, learning and development, and compliance. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where people matter.
This position is offered on a full-time basis; however, part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. The role will be based primarily from our Eastwood office, with occasional travel to other OC locations as required.
