What we offer
About the role
Join our People & Culture team where collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s how we work every day. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-trust environment where ideas are shared openly, wins are
celebrated together, and challenges are tackled as a team. We’re committed to continuous improvement, always looking for smarter, more effective ways to deliver value to our people and the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Officer who brings both heart and expertise to

As a People & Culture Officer, you will be a trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely, accurate, and practical advice across the employee lifecycle.
You will deliver solution-focused P&C advice to managers and employees, ensuring all guidance is compliant, accurate, and aligned with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and organisational standards.
You will contribute to the effective management of administrative workflows, shared inbox enquiries,
and day-to-day customer service support, ensuring responsive, professional, and high-quality service delivery across the organisation.
You will also build and maintain expertise as a systems administrator for Employment Hero, including designing and optimising workflows, enhancing dashboards and workforce data
capabilities, and improving system connectivity and employee engagement.
In addition, you will contribute to the development and delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing,
and culture initiatives across the organisation.
This is a true generalist role, with the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in areas such
as recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; learning, development, and performance; and employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, in line with organisational priorities and your strengths.
