Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Intern who is a true people person and enjoys engaging with others. This role is ideal for a social butterfly who is eager to gain hands-on experience across different HR functions and contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment Process
  • Assist in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
  • Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Assist in Organizational Development (OD) initiatives:
  • Support training programs and internal development activities
  • Help in preparing materials and tracking progress
• Contribute to Performance Appraisal processes:
  • Assist in collecting and organizing evaluation data
  • Support HR team in follow-ups and documentation
• Drive Employee Engagement activities:
  • Help organize events, initiatives, and internal campaigns
  • Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Outgoing personality with strong engagement skills ( a true social butterfly!)
