Job Description

At Tradeware, people are at the heart of everything we do, and that includes the incredible team behind the scenes. We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join us in supporting the everyday moments that make Tradeware a great place to work.

This newly created role will support our small but driven People & Culture team, coordinating processes and making sure our team's experience runs smoothly, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, engagement, and everything in between.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding coordination (job ads, interviews, contracts, checklists)
  • Keep our HR systems and team member records accurate and up to date.
  • Processing weekly payroll and assisting with payroll enquiries
  • Provide support during the 121 feedback process and learning & development activities
  • Help coordinate engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and policy updates
  • Respond to team queries and support the wider P&C team with day-to-day admin

What you’ll bring

  • Completed a Human Resources qualification (or currently studying)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, with initiative to follow through and get things done
  • A genuine care for people and a passion for building a great people experience.
