We're looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join the team for an 11-month fixed-term opportunity, reporting directly to our Chief People Officer.
Based in our beautiful office in Auckland CBD, this is a hands-on partnering role with a strong Employment Relations focus. With over 30 sites nationwide, you’ll work alongside leaders to navigate complex people matters with confidence, fairness and sound judgement – from investigations and restructures through to mediation, collective matters and organisational change.
Ultimately, you'll help ensure our people practices are consistent, practical, aligned with our values and support Oceania to manage people risk well.
