Our Allied Health Clinicians provide passionate multidisciplinary community care to participants across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom and our P&C team plays a key part in ensuring our people are set up for success in delivering that mission. We are in a phase of building and optimising our processes and we invite you to take on this exciting Business Partnering role where you can leave your mark on how we provide our service to the wider business.
This Parental Leave contract provides expert P&C advice and practical support to leaders and employees, ensuring people-related matters are managed effectively, consistently and in line with legislative and policy requirements. Combining strong P&C expertise, business acumen and a proactive approach to managing business risk, operational efficiency and compliance, this role supports employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and the achievement of business goals.
The Part You’ll Play
In this role you will sit as a member of our team of 6 HR professionals located around the country and in the Philippines. We are passionate and bring diverse experience. We are proud of our culture dedicated to kicking our goals and ensuring our people have the HR support they need. As a dispersed team, we make a point to connect digitally as often as possible to advise and back each other whenever needed.

About You
You will bring 4+ years within a P&C Generalist or Advisory position.
You will be comfortable working through complex people problems, balancing care and empathy for individuals with sound judgement and risk awareness for the business.
You will be confident working with data, including strong Excel competency and the ability to analyse and present people data in a clear, practical way to support leaders in making informed decisions.
You will bring a highly organised and efficient approach, with the initiative and attention to detail needed to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a keen understanding of how to optimise and define effective operational HR processes, alongside the ability to support and empower clinical leaders.
Experience within a people-services orientated business or NDIS will also be well regarded.
