We are currently seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an administratively focused HR professional or someone looking to further develop their career in People & Culture. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to key P&C initiatives and projects. The role is a fixed term contract starting from November 2026 to November 2027. It is a part-time position (3 days a week), reporting directly to our Head of People and Culture.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding activities.

  • Coordinating onboarding requirements and online training completion for new employees.
  • Assisting with learning and development administration, training records and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinating probation review processes and supporting leaders to ensure timely completion.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate employee records and data.
  • Assisting with staff communications, employment documentation and People & Culture templates.
  • Supporting WHS administration, meetings and documentation.
  • Managing employee uniform administration, stock levels and ordering processes.
  • Maintaining digital employee files and ensuring information is accurate and confidential.
  • Assisting with People & Culture projects and general team administration as required.

About You

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same. You take pride in delivering accurate work, maintaining confidentiality and supporting others to achieve positive outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within Human Resources or People & Culture.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with systems and reporting tools.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • A collaborative team-focused mindset.

Highly regarded but not essential:

  • Previous HR or People & Culture experience.
  • Current or completed studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
