For Synagie and its Brand Partners, we are the go-to market expert in terms of managing our brand partner’s end to end commerce enablement needs. Synagie helps its brand partners to accelerate its eCommerce growth through automation and synchronise its business across all channels through conversion, analytics and fulfillment. Synagie provides an exceptional on-the-job training experience that activates business drivers to stay updated with the evolving market trends and consumer insights.

People & Content Marketing

  • Spearhead and expand Synagie’s Social Media Management projects
  • Plan and execute all people and content marketing projects in the region, including Social Media Management, Content Creation, KOL engagement and Livestreaming.
  • Have a firm pulse on the social media and KOL content creator landscape and trends
  • Produce high-quality content by collaborating with influencers, designers and writers (paid and organic content)
  • Oversee live stream production and coordination on marketplaces, social platforms or equivalent with the production team, partners, clients and hosts.
  • Experience in TikTok Shop & TikTok Content Creation will be advantages.

Client Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of content marketing strategies & projects
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Manages client expectations and delivery across all projects
  • Track and measure the delivery and campaign performance for actionable post-mortem reports, providing meaningful insights and identifying future revenue opportunities.

Administrative

  • Manage and ensure billings and payment accuracy, especially with content creators for project completion.
  • Documentation and archival of content and digital visuals in the asset library.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in social media and content marketing
  • Able to speak and write well in English.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong digital and social media understanding and content creation acumen.
  • Proven experience in developing and driving Digital initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ms Office suite (knowledge of using Klear is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed.
