RED OHMS Group is a specialist HSET consultancy delivering expert services and accredited training in occupational hygiene, hazardous materials management, and environmental compliance. Trusted across mining, energy, industrial, commercial, and
government sectors, we understand the science behind safety - creating practical solutions to protect people and the environment.
The People and Capability team is part of the Corporate Services function. This small, and busy team based in Perth and Brisbane, provides advice, administers and delivers services across the employment lifecycle for the company.
The Role:
In this role, you will be based in Perth and will report the People and Capability Lead based in Brisbane. You play a critical role in delivery of operational services in the function specifically in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment, international mobilisation,
onboarding, and systems management and administration.
You will also support the People and Capability lead in implementing projects and initiatives relating to employee engagement, performance and career development and policy, procedure and process improvements.
