Who we are
At RED OHMS Group, we're passionate about protecting workers' health, safety and wellbeing.
As a leading Australian consultancy, we partner with organisations across the resources, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, education, infrastructure, and government sectors to deliver specialist occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, environmental consulting and training services.
Everything we do is driven by a simple purpose—to help create healthier and safer workplaces. As our business continues to grow nationally, we're looking for an experienced People & Capability Advisor to help us build an exceptional employee experience and support our people to do their best work.

No two days are the same. Whether you're supporting leaders with employee relations, coordinating learning and development programs, improving HR processes or contributing to strategic projects, you'll play an important role in helping our people and our business succeed.
