Job Title: Senior Project Manager Department: People Insights and Analytics (PI&A) Location: Casa del Mundo (CBO - Denver HQ) / Hybrid
As the Senior Project Manager for the People Insights and Analytics (PI&A) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of how we leverage data to support our teammates across the Village. This role is highly strategic and requires a compassionate yet driven leader who can navigate organizational change, streamline processes, and set our People teams up for long-term success.
You will partner closely with PI&A leadership—including our Directors and Managers of People Analytics—to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage complex analytical project portfolios, and ensure our strategic priorities align with our 2030 ambitions. Your work will directly impact how we deliver actionable insights that fulfill our commitment to our teammates.
Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and execute high-impact projects within the People Insights and Analytics space, ensuring alignment with the Village's broader strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other People Services teams to integrate analytics into overarching HR strategies.
Change Management & Communication: Act as a strategic voice during organizational shifts. Communicate project milestones, difficult trade-offs, and strategic context clearly and empathetically to stakeholders at all levels.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining data workflows, reporting cadences, and operational efficiencies within the PI&A team to set us up for future success.
Mentorship & Support: Provide guidance to Project Managers and Analysts on the team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, openness, and mutual support.
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience, preferably within Human Resources, People Analytics, or a related strategic function.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to connect day-to-day project execution to long-term organizational design and strategic ambitions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering both strategic vision and sensitive information with compassion and clarity.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of people analytics, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and data-driven decision-making processes.

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hourWashington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
