Job Description

About the Role

Are you passionate about turning complex people data into actionable business strategy?

At Deutsche Börse Group, our people are our strongest asset—and data helps us support them better every day. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and curious People Analytics Specialist to join our global team in Prague.

In this role, you won’t just be pulling reports; you will have direct exposure to executive-level reporting, play a hands-on part in quarterly organizational restructuring, and help lead our transition from classic spreadsheets to cutting-edge, automated dashboards in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.

If you thrive at the intersection of numbers, business storytelling, and modern BI tools, this is the place for you.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Executive Insights: Design and produce recurring and ad-hoc HR reporting packages, metrics, and dashboards for Top Management and the Executive Board to support strategic workforce decisions.
  • Drive BI & Automation: Actively modernize our analytics landscape—automate manual recurring reports and build intuitive self-service dashboards using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Own Your Products & KPIs: Take end-to-end ownership of dedicated reporting products, define new People KPIs, and establish best practices for data visualization.
  • Support Business Evolution: Facilitate the analytical implementation of organizational changes and quarterly reorganizations across our global entities.
  • Champion Data Quality: Manage ad-hoc stakeholder inquiries via our ticketing system, troubleshoot discrepancies, and act as an ambassador for data governance and confidentiality.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Services, and business leaders across multiple locations.

What You Bring

  • Relevant university degree or experience in business analytics, reporting, or data visualization (experience in HR/People Analytics is a strong advantage, but not a strict prerequisite if you have solid BI skills).
  • Technical Toolkit:
  • Data Ownership: High attention to detail, precision with numbers, and strict respect for sensitive and confidential employee data.
  • Communication & Curiosity: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into simple, executive-ready insights.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for daily work in our international environment.

You can look forward to our benefit package:

  • Hybrid Work and Flexible working hours
  • Work from abroad - 12 days of remote work from EU countries per year
  • Pension fund contribution - 3% of your gross salary (5% after 5 years with us)
  • Health & Wellbeing - fully covered Multisport card, life & accident insurance, sick days and 100% salary contribution during sick leave (up to 56 days)
  • 25 vacation days
  • Mobility - fully covered public transport in Prague & free parking
  • Flexible Benefit Account (Pluxee) - 1200 per month
  • Group Share Plan - discount on company shares
  • Free Access to E-Learning Platforms, Internal Development Programs, Mentoring & Learning Budget.. and way more!
