to lead development and delivery of HR Analytics for a major Legal Firm.
Responsibilities
·Evolve
People Analytics – defining current / future requirements & reporting tools
·Manage / analyse
complex workforce data; delivering insight & data driven solutions
·Work with
key internal stakeholders to develop tailored reporting capability
·Drive analytics
& reporting through utilisation, providing coaching and training
·Lead the
move into predictive analytics and analysis
Educated to
degree level you have strong progressive experience in Workforce Analytics and
reporting, as well as;
·Strong analytics
and data management experience in a variety of tools, used both to analyse and
present data
·Workforce
analytics data strategy and people analytics interventions
·Data
visualisation and dashboarding; Power BI, Tableau
·Predictive analytics
/ statistical analysis
·Desirable;
SQL and Workday
