About the role:

The People Analytics Insights Managerwillbe responsible forproviding analytical and consultative support to Gartner’s Services & Sales Operations HR teams to driveoptimalinsights into staffing,retentionand productivity. This role will ensure analytical best practices and influence the interpretation of insights with a relentless focus on data accuracy, consistency, and scalability in alignment with Gartner’s growth.

What you will do:

Analytical Problem-Solving

  • Creatively solves business problems through consistent reporting and analysis to deliver insights on attracting,developingandretainingassociates.

  • Usescuriosity to uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data to tell a story and influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Delivers the critical analytical products and services to stakeholders such as the Talent Supply Chain model andOneGartner

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provides support to our senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Services & Sales Operations teams, including proactive identification & solutioning of critical business problems.

  • Works with internal partners within the People Analytics function and within HR.

  • Influences product and analytics roadmaps across the organization, ensuring Sales & Services priorities are driving People Analytics priorities.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in analytics,HRand/or consulting.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems through the lens of curiosity and a desire to learn.

  • Extreme attention to detail in the support of the production of executive-ready content.

  • Usesdata and the economics of the business to analyze problems and recommend solutions (can translate insights into actionable solutions).

  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.

  • Proventrack recordofestablishingtrusted partner relationships, including collaboratingwithand influencing leaders and teams across multiple business functions.

  • Proven ability to drive actions by creating compelling stories with data.

  • Familiarity with SQL data analytics skills preferred. 

  • Experience with R,Pythonor other programming languages preferred.

  • Experience with Databricks andPowerBIor comparable tools preferred.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
