Workforce Planning & Strategic Execution
Support the development and execution of the annual Workforce Plan for the South Luzon region.
Drive People-related initiatives and action plans that align workforce priorities with business objectives.
Analyze workforce trends and people data to identify talent needs, workforce gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Talent Development & Onboarding/Offboarding
Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees across the designated area.
Support the deployment of the annual Learning Plan to enhance employee capabilities and foster continuous development.
Monitor training completion and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Vendor & Manpower Management
Partner with third-party manpower agencies to ensure adequate staffing levels to support business operations.
Track vendor performance against agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
Address and resolve workforce-related issues, including contractor deployment and compliance matters.
Operational Excellence
Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience across the South Luzon region.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
Utilize people data and analytics to monitor, report, and improve key HR metrics and performance indicators.
3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or other operational environments will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
