Purpose:Administers HR policies and procedures and capable of advising and guiding customers through common human resources issues. Provides tactical support to line managers. Is also involved in the coordination of performance management procedures, recruitment and retention strategies as well as succession planning.The RoleAs a People Advisor I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.Becoming proficient at identifying and defining issues, participating in collaborative efforts and learning the art of collaborative and empathetic solution based consultative advice. Develop a commercial acumen understanding the impact of role on business. Learning to be flexible, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.Intermediate level position following defined processes and precedents to complete assigned tasks with increasing independence specific to area of specialty. This level is normally regarded as continued training and development.Under general supervision, work may be varied and somewhat difficult but limited in scope. Ability to recommend alternative theories and solutions is limited.Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager. Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly. Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.May assign and review activities or work of junior staff, but has no authority for performance evaluations impacting pay.

About YouTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
