40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Hybrid working; Airport based, with some working from home; flexible to suit the business needs.

Provides expert HR advice and guidance, ensuring that people policies and processes are applied consistently and effectively across the organisation. Act as a trusted partner to managers, influencing people-related decisions, leading on employee relations and supporting organisational change. By driving improvements in workforce engagement, wellbeing and compliance, they directly contribute to operational resilience, cost control, and a positive colleague experience.
