Join Our People Services Team as a People Advisor!
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Business Partnering & Employee Relations (ER) team. As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in advancing the council's people priorities. You will provide comprehensive ER advice and guidance to managers, enabling the achievement of service plans and objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of ER policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting best practices for a positive and productive work environment.
