The People Adviser will play a key role within the People Team, partnering closely with People Business Partners to provide high-quality HR support across FRP's UK, Isle of Man and Cyprus operations. This is a varied and fast-paced generalist role, supporting the employee lifecycle and delivering practical, commercially focused people solutions across a diverse and growing business.
Working with stakeholders at all levels, the People Adviser will provide advice on employee relations, performance management, policy application, organisational change, talent acquisition, employee wellbeing and people processes.
