The Opportunity
We are looking for a People Administrator to join our Nuclear & Defence People Team based at Hinkley Point C on permanent full time contract.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage, coordinate and maintain day to day administrative tasks within the office environment. Support the People & Development Team & Business Unit in processing both employee, contract, and external information in a timely and efficient manner. Work with and maintain computerised systems.
This role is based at our Hinkley Point C site on the outskirts of Bridgwater, where you will be part of the People & Development Team assisting in the efficient and accurate delivery of the day to day administration and coordination of the Department in a fast paced role within a growing Operations team on site.

The successful candidate will need to undergo a BPSS Security Clearance, where a full DBS check will be required in order to gain access to the site.
