We are hiring a Full-Time Permanent Pension Analyst position working out of Edmonton, AB

As a Pension Analyst, you play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of EPCOR's pension plans. You oversee pension transactions and processes, including enrolling new employees, maintaining member records, allocating contributions, and processing pension-related activities when employees leave the organization.
You also support year-end pension activities, reporting requirements, and audits, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with pension plan guidelines and established timelines.
Beyond day-to-day administration, you will provide analysis, information, and insights that support pension-related policies, planning, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help ensure our pension programs are managed effectively and continue to meet the needs of employees and the organization.

You demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential business and employee information, and are comfortable working with large volumes of data, analyzing information, and making timely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
