The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking Penetration Testing Team Lead to join our Cybersecurity team in Kraków .
How You’ll Make an Impact
Managing the penetration testing queue, cooperating with managers, penetration testers, and engineers.
Performing security reports reviews
Managing the small group of penetration testers
Continuously improving security services and processes according to industry best practices and standards.
Creating, updating, and verifying security policies, procedures, and standards.
Participating in the development of the organization's security strategy.
Leading or actively contributing to technical brainstorming sessions.
Defining and documenting project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of stakeholders.
Managing project execution, including project budgets and timelines.
Leading coordination meetings, ensuring effective internal communication, and reporting progress.
Your Background
5+ years of experience in the field of IT security, especially penetration testing, but also including knowledge of security policies, procedures, and tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and conflict management skills are a must.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain performance in high-stress situations.
Experience in project management, including tracking progress, reporting results, and communicating with management and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Polish.
Great people skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
IT and Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, CEH).
Certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP) are an additional asset
