The ideal candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, steady workmanship, and the ability to maintain high-quality finishing standards. Key Responsibilities Perform manual polishing and finishing of small pendant products. Polish intricate surfaces, edges, curves, and fine details. Use polishing tools, hand tools, compounds, and buffing materials safely. Inspect finished products for scratches, defects, and surface quality. Handle delicate products carefully to prevent damage. Maintain consistent quality during repetitive production tasks. Follow production procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Keep tools and work areas clean and organized. Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors. Meet production targets while maintaining finishing quality. Requirements Previous experience in polishing, jewellery manufacturing, ornament stone processing, handicrafts, or precision manual work is an advantage. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Strong attention to detail, patience, and concentration. Ability to handle small and delicate products carefully. Willingness to learn polishing techniques and production standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable performing seated, repetitive manual work. Good eyesight, subject to medical confirmation.
