你将做什么

1. 负责制粒机及配套设备（冷却器、破碎机、筛分等）的日常操作、参数调整与运行监控，确保饲料颗粒质量符合工艺标准。
2. 按照生产计划完成制粒任务，及时处理堵机、粒度不均、水分异常等常见问题，保障生产连续性。
3. 定期对制粒机、环模、压辊等关键部件进行巡检与基础保养，配合维修人员完成故障排除。
4. 记录制粒温度、蒸汽压力、电流、产量等关键工艺数据，发现重大异常立即 上报。
5. 协助环模、压辊的更换与调试，优化设备运行效率。
6. 严格执行岗位安全操作规程，参与粉尘防爆、安全用电等专项检查。
7. 做好岗位交接班记录，清晰交代设备状态、质量异常与待办事项。
8. 保持生产现场及设备清洁，遵守5S管理要求。

我们寻找一位责任心强、服从安排、具备良好质量意识并愿意持续学习的制粒工。你需具备扎实的设备操作能力，并能在团队中积极配合、主动担当。

此外，你还需具备：

1. 高中或中专及以上学历，机械或机电类专业优先
2. 有虾料制粒机工作经验者优先
3. 熟悉制粒工艺流程及常见异常处理方法
4. 具备良好的安全意识和团队协作精神
5. 能适应轮班或夜班工作安排
